These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Integro HRM platform (the "Platform"), a human resource management system provided by Integro Business Solutions. By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
Your use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well asour Privacy Policy. This agreement forms a binding legal relationship between you (whether as an administrator, HR manager, employee, or end user) and Integro Business Solutions. These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the Platform indicatesyour agreement to the revised terms.
The Integro HRM Platform is a digital tool designed to assist companies in managing their human resource functions. It offers features such as employee data management, payroll processing, performance tracking, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and other administrative operations. The platform is accessible via desktop and mobile devices.
To use the Platform, you must create an account or be registered by your organization. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Integro is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
The Platform is to be used solely for internal business purposes by the subscribing organization and its authorized users. You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws. You agree not to misuse any features of the Platform, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing system vulnerabilities, or disrupting platform functionality. Employer and Administrator Responsibilities Companies and employer representatives who create and manage organization accounts are responsible for managing user roles and access privileges. They must ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive HR information. Integro shall not be held responsible for any internal misuse of data or access permissions granted by the employer’s administrators.
All content, code, system architecture, user interfaces, design elements, and documentation provided through the Platform are the property of Integro Business Solutions or its licensors. Users may not duplicate, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Integro. Usage of the Platform does not grant any rights to the intellectual property of Integro beyond what is expressly stated.
If the Platform is offered under a paid subion model, payment terms, billing cycles, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures will be specified in the service agreement or order form signed between Integro and the client company. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to the data collection and usage practices outlined in the Integro HRM Privacy Policy. Integro shall take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data stored within the Platform. Data ownership remains with the client organization, and Integro acts as a processor on behalf of the data controller, except where otherwise specified by law.
Integro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if it believes that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in activities that compromise the security or functionality of the Platform. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease, and any data stored may be retained or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Integro Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or unauthorized access to personal information caused by user error or misuse.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Integro does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from defects, vulnerabilities, or downtime. While we strive to ensure reliable service, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Integro Business Solutions is headquartered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
